Agendas and Special Notices
In compliance with the Wisconsin Open Meetings Law (Wis. Stat. §§ 19.81–19.98), meeting agendas are publicly posted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting, excluding Sundays and legal holidays.
Towns in Oconto County are governed by state open meetings requirements, and the County does not impose additional posting obligations on towns.
Meeting agendas are posted in advance of each meeting on www.townofabrams.com and at the following physical location (within the display case outside the main entry):

If you have business to discuss with the town board, you will need to get on the agenda. Please contact the Town Clerk 10 days in advance of the meeting for details at townofabrams@bayland.net or (920) 826-2299, Ext. 1.

Wisconsin Open Meetings Law (Wis. Stat. §§ 19.81–19.98) requires municipalities to provide public notice of meetings and to record motions and votes, but it does not require all meeting minutes to be posted or published.
